The Story

Built from Collapse

For years I made choices rooted in fear — trapped in beliefs about who I was supposed to be. Depression, anxiety, and a deep sense of disconnection were the background noise of my life. In 2007, everything collapsed at once: my marriage, my business, my financial security. I had to rebuild from nothing.

That rebuilding was as much physical as it was mental. I learned to regulate through breath, sound, and movement. I learned to listen to my body instead of overriding it. I came to see growth the way Michelangelo saw sculpture — not about adding more, but about removing what doesn't belong until the real form emerges.

I trained as a Feldenkrais practitioner, became a Reiki master, studied Nonviolent Communication and bioenergetics. Since 2010, I've been offering clients the same thing that changed my life: a mirror to recognize the blockages — physical, emotional, relational — and the clarity to choose forward.

Before Coaching

A Life Built on Listening

Born in Israel, raised partly in England. That hybrid gave me more than an accent — it gave me a cultural lens for reading people across contexts, and an understanding that clarity doesn't require aggression.

In New York, I ran a high-end renovation company — coordinating teams, negotiating under pressure, managing high-stakes client conversations where emotions ran high and the margin for miscommunication was razor-thin. Before that, I worked in food and beverage, including bartending on a cruise line — years of reading tones, posture, and tension in real time.

The through-line across all of it: not passive listening, but observing patterns, reading dynamics, and responding in a way that moves the interaction forward.

"Growing up between cultures taught me that clarity doesn't have to be aggressive. It can be precise and respectful at the same time."

Noam Gamady — somatic awareness and body intelligence in coaching

The Practice

Somatic Intelligence

Body awareness that travels with you — no physical contact required

Somatic awareness means noticing what your body is telling you under pressure — tension, shallow breathing, the urge to act before thinking. This awareness travels with you into every meeting, conversation, and decision.

This isn't hands-on bodywork. It's heightened body awareness — learning to read your own physical patterns so you can interrupt reactive cycles before they take hold. Your body carries the record of every stress pattern, every conflict habit, every moment you overrode your own instincts. Somatic intelligence means learning to read that record.

Because this work is about awareness rather than touch, it translates seamlessly to remote sessions. A screen doesn't limit what you can notice in your own body. If anything, the familiar setting of your own space makes the signals clearer.

What clients notice

  • Recognizing tension before it drives decisions
  • Breathing deepens — shoulders drop — thinking clears
  • Conflict becomes a signal, not a threat
  • A pause between stimulus and response — where leadership lives

Our Philosophy

Growth Rings

CoachLanding tree ring logo

The growth rings in our logo symbolize steady growth. Like a tree, we build resilience layer by layer, adapting over time. Each ring represents a chapter — the challenges weathered, the lessons absorbed, the strength gathered.

Meaningful growth happens when people act in line with their core values. My role is to help you see every layer of your story clearly, so you can grow outward from a place of alignment — not obligation.

The Difference

Direct, Not Harsh. Somatic, Not Soft.

The Approach

My approach combines direct feedback with nervous-system awareness. I don't soften truth, but I also don't weaponize it. Directness delivered without shame or judgment allows leaders to reflect rather than defend.

Why the Body Matters

Heightened body awareness means recognizing the physical cues of stress — the tightened jaw, the held breath, the contracted posture — and learning to regulate under pressure. When your body is out of sync with your mind, internal conflict runs the show. Real change starts with noticing.

Why Remote Works

Awareness of your physical patterns doesn't require in-person contact. When you learn to notice tension in your shoulders during a difficult conversation, that noticing happens inside you — not between us. Remote sessions let you practice somatic awareness in the exact environment where you need it: your office, your home, the space where real decisions get made.

"A common breakthrough happens when clients realize that conflict isn't a threat, but a signal. Shoulders relax. Breathing deepens. That's where the real work begins."

How We Work

Our Approach

1

Reconnect

Returning to what's real — in your body and in your relationships. Through somatic awareness and honest dialogue, we cut through the noise and reconnect you with what actually matters.

2

Rediscover

Identifying what still works and what no longer serves. We examine the patterns, beliefs, and habits you've been carrying — and decide together what stays and what goes.

3

Revitalize

Aligning your strengths toward intentional action, so growth is purposeful — not reactive. You move forward with clarity, not just momentum.
